Tubectomy, also named tubal sterilization, is a permanent method of controlling birth. It is a surgical method of blocking the fallopian tubes, therefore it prevents the egg freed by the ovary from reaching the uterus. This procedure will not affect your menstrual cycle. Tubectomy can be done along with C Section or after the normal delivery. In Maximum cases Tubectomy procedures cannot be reversed. If reversal is undertaken, it demands major surgery and isn't always effective.
